The best dough balls you can buy. Incredible dough to work with. Great tasting light and chewy dough. Very authentic Neapolitan dough. Highly recommended
I cannot recommend this company and their products highly enough. The dough balls come out perfect every time rising nicely with bubbles for that wonderful crust. The proving pots make life so simple and it is the work of 5 seconds to remove from the pot and add to a surface for shaping.

Very light and soft dough very easy to stretch into a great pizza base it bakes great crusty bottom and edges and very very tasty
At this price it's not worth making a mess in the kitchen. The doughs were perfect, especially the chilli one, perfect with Nduja.
Really nice taste, like the Nduja you'd get in Italy. Went extremely well with a mozzarella and red pepper combination
