So, I got pizza oven ‘envy’ when I visited my brother recently… Bought one. I’ve ordered from three companies before the ‘dough dorks’. What a difference one company can make..! Great dough, 48 hour Neapolitan just wonderful. But now, gotta try the sourdough. Great service too…!
OK so first off the dough is legit excellent. It's consistent, easy to stretch and tastes great. However I didn't find much extra flavour in the flavoured dough. The herb version imo doesn't have much in the way of extra taste although you can taste it a bit. I'm probably not the best person to rate the chilli dough as my spice tolerance is actually through the roof lol but I didn't notice any extra heat. But again I'm the kind of person to eat a naga curry and not even sweat.. so take this into account. I LOVE the plain dough though it's the best :D
I thought the balls were good. I struggled taking them from my worktop to the paddle, but I am a beginner. They stretched quite easy but did retract a lot. They cooked good in my ooni, am sure the more I use them the better I will get.
Excellent product, and my pizzas turn out perfect.
