We currently ship within [England Wales and main parts of Scotland] only. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Ireland Northern Ireland or international addresses at this time.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.

Frozen Shipping & Packaging

Our pizza dough is shipped frozen to ensure it arrives fresh and ready for use. We use insulated packaging to maintain proper temperature during transit.

• Your dough may arrive partially thawed. As long as it is still cool to the touch, it is safe to refreeze or refrigerate immediately.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Delivery Issues & Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your dough arrives damaged, or in poor condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and product.
We’ll evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Delayed Deliveries

Since this is a perishable product, it’s important that someone is available to receive the package on the delivery date. We are not responsible for missed deliveries or packages left outside for extended periods that result in spoilage.
