Dough Dorks produces premium quality products, we’re not your run-of-the-mill, high-volume, low-quality operation. Every item we make is crafted to order, using time, care, and the highest quality ingredients—no shortcuts.

 

Customers living in Scotland, Ireland, Northern Island, Isle Of  Wight / Man, Jersey and Guernsey should contact us first before buying as delivery rates and times vary dramatically, we will have to give a specific cost and timeframe as a quote.

All our fresh and frozen products are sent in chilled packaging bags, boxed and sent, to ensure freshness.

This preparation window allows us to:

• Create each product from scratch

• Guarantee freshness and consistent quality

• Avoid mass-production compromises

• Deliver the premium Dough Dorks experience you expect and deserve

To ensure every item is made fresh and meet our high quality standards, we require 24 hours to prepare your order before delivery.

⏱️ Delivery Schedule (24-Hour Preparation Window - Dough Balls will ship Next Day )

• Orders placed Monday before 12.30pm  → Delivered Tuesday

• Orders placed Tuesday before 12.30pm → Delivered Wednesday

• Orders placed Wednesday before 12.30pm → Delivered Thursday

• Orders placed Thursday before 12.30pm→ Delivered Friday 

• Orders placed Thursday before 10pm→ Delivered Saturday (ONLY IF SELECTED & PAID FOR - IF YOU ARE DESPERATE FOR A SATURDAY DELIVERY & MISSED THE DEADLINE WE CAN USE ANOTHER SERVICE AT £14 BUT YOU MUST CONTACT ME BEFORE AS WE WILL HAVE TO DROP THESE PARCELS OFF AND MUST BE DONE BEFORE 12PM

Orders placed After 10pm Thursday, will be shipped Monday and scheduled for delivery Tuesday
